Privacy Policy — VM93 Work

Text VM93 Work is a work-time and personal work-record management application developed by VM93 SOFTWARE.
This Privacy Policy explains how VM93 Work handles user information and data.
1. Data stored in the application
VM93 Work allows users to enter and manage information such as:
• name and profile information;• profile photo;• employer/company information;• workplaces and work locations;• working hours and work records;• overtime, night work and other work-related records;• vacation, sick leave and holidays;• expenses and payments received;• salary-related information entered by the user;• notes and settings;• company logo;• generated reports and PDF documents.
This information is primarily stored locally on the user's device.
VM93 Work does not automatically send work records, salary information, expenses, payments or other personal work data to the developer, employer, tax authorities, government agencies or other organizations.
2. Camera and photo access
VM93 Work may request access to the device camera or photo gallery when the user chooses to add a profile photo, company logo or another image supported by the application.
Such access is initiated by the user. Selected images are stored for use within the application and are not automatically uploaded to VM93 SOFTWARE servers.
3. Reports, backups and sharing
Users may create PDF reports, backups or exported files.
Exporting, saving or sharing these files is performed only when initiated by the user. The user decides where these files are stored and with whom they are shared.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid features or subscriptions distributed through Google Play may use Google Play Billing.
Payment processing is handled by Google. VM93 SOFTWARE does not receive or store the user's full credit card or bank card details.
Google may process transaction and account information according to Google's own privacy policies.
5. Advertising
The current version of VM93 Work does not use third-party advertising services.
If advertising services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the If advertising services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the relevant platform privacy disclosures will be updated before such functionality is released.6. Data sharing
VM93 SOFTWARE does not sell users' personal data.
Personal work records stored locally in VM93 Work are not shared with third parties by VM93 SOFTWARE unless required by law or explicitly initiated by the user through a sharing or export function.
7.Where communication with Google Play, Apple App Store, or other supported platform services is required, standard secure platform communication mechanisms are used.
8. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored application data remains on the user's device until the user deletes individual records, clears the application's data or uninstalls the application.
Backups or exported files created by the user remain wherever the user has chosen to save them and must be deleted by the user from those locations if no longer required.
VM93 Work currently does not require users to create a VM93 SOFTWARE online account.
9. Purpose of the application
VM93 Work is intended as a personal tool for recording and checking working time, workplaces, expenses, payments, vacation, sick leave, overtime and related work information.
Information and reports generated by VM93 Work are provided for personal record keeping and informational purposes and do not replace official employer documents, payroll statements, accounting records, tax documents or legal documents.
10. Children's privacy
VM93 Work is not designed specifically for children and is intended for users who use the application for work and employment-related record keeping.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when VM93 Work functionality, legal requirements or third-party services change.
